Making Waves On Chicago's Michigan Avenue

Now that the summer boating season is underway, Discover Boating's media outreach efforts have begun heating up! Discover Boating's Chicago captain, Rob Newsome, was recently featured on a segment called the “Weekend Web” with NBC5 Chicago’s Charlie Wojciechowski. Rob and Charlie appeared on the infamous Michigan Avenue in a brand new 276 Cobalt (thank you, Gordy’s Marine!) to discuss the latest in boating technology and how to get out on the water in Chicago this summer. Glory Days

While out on the water last weekend for River Day, one of the Hudson River photographers on our boat reminisced about his childhood family adventures on the water.
